乘風破浪·迎難而上
羅馬哲學家塞內卡（Seneca）有一句名言：「人不是因為事情困難，才不敢去做；而是因為人們根本不敢去做，事情才變得困難。」當我們面對人生各種困難、挑戰與考驗，實在需要有充足的勇氣與智慧克服，才可以昂首闊步，突破自我的界限，並活現高效專注的人生。
因此，呂中在開展新周期分別以「建立專業社群，提升學生的學習效能感」及「培育學生正向成長思維及價值觀」為學校關注事項，盼望全面提高明才人對學習的擁有感和對成長的滿足感，進而孕育滿滿的幸福感，迎接生命旅程中的種種經歷。
本學年，呂中更著意啟發學生潛能，並透過完善「明才人學習藍圖」及「明才人成長階梯」，銳意豐富每一位明才人課堂內外的學習經歷，更支援他們在不同成長階段（中一、二：探索期；中三、四：成長期；中五、六：展翅期）的不同需要，成就更好的自己。
各位明才人，也許你們生命中並不缺少幫助你們邁向成功的資源，也不用為欠缺同行並肩的師生間互勵互勉而憂慮，但我認為你們所需要的是抱緊那份「乘風破浪·展翅成長」的信念，這樣便能夠使你們超越並得著更多。
願你們好好緊握這把鑰匙，我相信終有一天每一位明才人皆可以成就無限可能，達致呂中「擁抱挑戰·燃夢啟航」的教育願景。誠心所願！

Riding the Wind and Soaring to Growth
The Roman philosopher Seneca famously said, "It is not because things are difficult that we do not dare; it is because we do not dare that they are difficult." When faced with various difficulties, challenges, and tests in life, we truly need ample courage and wisdom to overcome them. Only then can we walk confidently, break through our own limits, and live a focused and effective life.
Therefore, at our school, we focus on "establishing professional communities to enhance students' sense of learning efficacy" and "cultivating students' positive growth mindset and values" as we embark on a new cycle. We hope to comprehensively improve students' sense of ownership in learning and their satisfaction with growth, thus nurturing a deep sense of happiness as they embrace various experiences on their life journey.
This academic year, we are particularly dedicated to inspiring students' potential. Through the refinement of the "MingChoians Learning Blueprint" and the "MingChoians Growth Ladder," we aim to enrich the learning experiences of every student both inside and outside the classroom. We also support their varying needs at different stages of growth (Form 1 and 2: Exploration Phase; Form 3 and 4: Growth Phase; Form 5 and 6: Soaring Phase) to help them become the best version of themselves.
Dear MingChoians, perhaps you do not lack the resources needed to succeed, nor should you worry about the absence of supportive teachers and peers. However, I believe what you truly need is to hold tightly to the belief of "Riding the Wind and Soaring to Growth." This will enable you to transcend and achieve even more.
May you grasp this key firmly. I believe that one day, every MingChoians will achieve limitless possibilities and realize our school's educational vision of "Embracing Challenges, Igniting Dreams." This is my sincere wish!
